Return Instructions

Please follow these instructions to return your merchandise. If you have any questions please email us.

Online Returns*:

Please affix the return label provide by us to the outside of your package and include a note inside with your name and order number on it. If you have not received a return label from us please contact us.

Please note that any item(s) returned must be in the same condition as when shipped out (tags still attached, etc.). The item(s) not meeting these conditions will not be eligible for a refund of the product and may be subject to a restocking fee. It will be up to Turnmeyers management to determine the final refund amount and it is at their discretion only. That refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the product and may take 3-5 days to be seen in your account. Turnmeyers is not responsible for any returns sent in that are lost by the shipper. We recommend a type of service with insurance.

Please note that any incurred shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount, as well as any restocking fees determined by management for items not meeting requirements.

Online Exchanges:

Online exchanges are allowed, but the customer is responsible for purchasing a return shipping label through us.

Once the shipping label has been provided, please affix it to the outside of the package with a note with your name and order number included. Your exchange items will be shipped out as soon as your returning items are received and verified. If the items returned are not eligble for return due to any circumstance (tags missing, etc.) they will be returned to you and no exchange will take place.

In Store Returns/Exchanges*:

Items may be returned to our physical store simply by stopping by. Our staff will need the order number or receipt of the order to be able to process your return or exchange. Failure to provide that information could result in the inability to process your return or exchange.

* Any item considered clearance or a custom order is not eligible for return for both online and in store purchases. Clearance items are items in our clearance section of the website and store. Most will also have FS marked on the tag indicating Final Sale (this is not always the case).
