Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase and are here to help when something isn’t right. Please review the policy below so we can process returns and exchanges as smoothly as possible. Please note that any refund or exchange is at the full discretion of management. 

Holiday Returns (Seasonal Policy)

Purchases made Nov 1 – Dec 24 may be returned or exchanged through Dec 26, unless otherwise noted below.

  • Clearance items and Final Sale items are excluded

  • Holiday hours and exceptions may apply

  • Items must meet all return conditions listed below

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Clearance items (marked with a yellow clearance tag or “Final Sale / FS”)

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized items (including custom photo products or designs)

  • Downloadable software or digital products

  • Health and personal care items

  • Special-order items not normally stocked

  • Items marked “Final Sale” at time of purchase

 

In-Store Purchase Returns

Eligible in-store purchases may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of purchase if:

  • Item is unused and in original condition

  • Tags are attached

  • Receipt or proof of purchase is provided

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
If no receipt is available, returns may be approved at the store’s discretion.

Custom orders are not returnable or exchangeable.

 

Online Orders – Returns & Exchanges

Requesting a Return

  • Requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery

  • Log into your account or email us at cs@turnmeyers.com

  • Please include your order number and reason for return. Items On Sale, Clearance or Final Sale are not eligible for returns and any exceptions are at the discretion of Turnmeyers management.

Once approved:

  • Items must be returned unused, with tags attached

  • Original shipping and return shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Returns may only be sent back with our provided return label (emailed to you once your return request is approved). Any returns shipped back not utilizing our return label will be subject to the below restocking fee.

  • A restocking fee may apply (typically 25%, determined at manager discretion)

Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after we receive the return.

 

Exchanges (Online Orders)

  • Exchanges must be requested and approved before shipping items back

  • Customer will be provided a return label and once the item returns an invoice will be sent for the additional shipping costs incurred in returning and shipping the exchanged item(s).

  • Once received and approved, replacement items will be shipped

  • Clearance, On Sale and Final Sale items are not eligible for exchange and it is up to Turnmeyers management to make any exceptions at their discretion.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery

  • Email cs@turnmeyers.com with:

    • Photos of the damaged item

    • Photos of the packaging (inside and outside)

    • Your order number

We’ll respond within 24 hours with next steps. Claims reported after 3 days may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Carriers consider packages lost after 20 days

  • Once a package leaves our facility, delivery timelines are controlled by the carrier

  • If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your item, please wait 24 hours and contact your local post office

Failure to provide requested claim information may result in the claim being denied.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company (processing times vary)

  3. Contact your bank
