Shipping policy

Quick Shipping Overview

  • Orders ship next business day when items are in stock
  • Free local pickup available (ready within ~1 hour during business hours)
  • Standard shipping via USPS or UPS (continental US)
  • Orders with backordered or preorder items ship when complete

Shipping Timing:

  • Orders typically ship the business day after they are placed. (Orders placed Friday typically ship on Monday.)
  • Exceptions include holidays, weekends, high volume sales or severe weather
  • Please note your order will not be delivered by UPS or USPS on a Sunday or federal holiday. There may also be delivery delays caused by weather conditions, emergency situations, etc

Back Orders/Pre Orders/Custom Orders:

  • Orders with preorders or back ordered items will ship when all items are in stock. Contact us if you wish to split your shipment by paying additional shipping. 
  • Photograph orders are drop shipped directly from our printer and can take up to 2 weeks for delivery (delays may be longer due to certain situations). 

Carrier Delivery Notes:

  • Damaged product from shipping should refer to our returns/refund policy.
  • Any shipping times quoted are an estimate only by the shipping company. We have no control over any delays in shipping once it has left our facility. If you do not receive your item when expected please first contact your local shipping office for the service chosen before contacting us. 
  • Carriers consider a shipment lost after 20 days. While we’re unable to intervene directly with the carrier, we’re always happy to help guide customers on next steps.

    Shipping Methods:

    • Free Local Pickup – Items at your local store can be ordered through our website and picked up in store. In stock orders are usually ready within 1 hour during normal business hours.
    • Free Standard Shipping  (shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS within the continental US) * -  Please see our current specials section for information on minimum oder amount requirement. Some products ship free all of the time, and you will see that noted on that products collection and product pages.

    • Flat Rate Shipping - We are happy to offer a low cost $7.49 flat shipping cost for any orders that do not reach the minmum order amount requirement for free shipping. Flat Rate Shipping will be Economy shipping within the continental United States Only.

    • Oversized Items - Please note that some oversize or heavy items are calculated shipping costs only and do not fall into the standard shipping or free shipping promotions. 

    • Drop Shipped Items - Some of our products ship directly from the manufacturer. Those items may not be labelled and will show shipping in the cart as that is coming from the manufacturer. They will not qualify for any of our free shipping or flat rate shipping specials. If you have a question please reach out and we'll be happy to clarify for you.
