Shipping Information:

• Orders typically ship the business day after they are placed. (Orders placed Friday typically ship on Monday.)
• Exceptions include holidays, weekends, high volume sales or severe weather
• Please note your order will not be delivered by UPS or USPS on a Sunday or federal holiday. There may also be delivery delays caused by weather conditions, emergency situations, etc
• Orders with preorders or back ordered items will ship when all items are in stock. Contact us if you wish to split your shipment by paying additional shipping. 
• Damaged product from shipping should refer to our returns/refund policy.
• Any shipping times quoted are an estimate only by the shipping company. We have no control over any delays in shipping once it has left our facility. If you do not receive your item when expected please first contact your local shipping office for the service chosen before contacting us. 
• USPS requires 20 days from shipment before a package is considered lost. Unfortunately we have no way to contact and have them look for a lost package.
• Photograph orders are drop shipped directly from our printer and can take up to 2 weeks for delivery (delays may be longer due to certain situations). 
• Shipping ETAs for preorder and backordered items are an estimate from the vendor only and may change. 

Shipping Methods:

• Free Local Pickup – Items at your local store can be ordered through our website and picked up in store. In stock orders are usually ready within 1 hour during normal business hours.

• Free / $5 Standard Shipping (shipped via UPS or USPS within the continental US) *
