Shipping policy

All in stock orders usually ship within 48 hours from the time of order placement. There may be exceptions at certain times. Photograph orders are drop shipped directly from our printer and can take up to 2 weeks for delivery (delays may be longer due to certain situations). 

Any shipping times quoted are an estimate only by the shipping company. We have no control over any delays in shipping once it has left our facility. If you do not receive your item when expected please first contact your local shipping office for the service chosen before contacting us. 

Damaged product from shipping should refer to our returns/refund policy. 

Please note that any packages shipped by USPS First Class does not have insurance and claims cannot be filed for that.
