Submission Guidelines:

1. Content Focus: Your article should be relevant and align with our themes and demographic (80% female, 20% male). Ensure your content is original, informative and engaging. We do not accept previously published articles. **NOTE** You are also welcome to submit a guest blog for Scott Turnmeyer's photography page. Click Here.
   
2. Length and Format: Articles should be between 800 - 1,500 words. Please use clear headings and subjeadings to organize the content. Bullet points and numbered lists are encouraged.
   
3. Tone and Style: Maintain a conversational and professional tone. Write in the second person (you, your) to engage readers directly. Avoid jargon and technical terms unless necessary, if used, provide explanations.
   
4. Images and Media: Include high-quality images relevant to your content (minimum width of 800px). Please provide 1 graphic in square format as the thumbnail image for the blog. Ensure you have the rights to any graphics or images you provide.
   
5. Arthur Bio: Please include a brief author bio (50-100 words) at the end of the article. You may include a link to your blog or website, as well as your social media profiles.
   
6. Editing and Review: Our team reserves the right to edit your content for clarity, grammar and SEO optimization. Significant changes will be communicated to you before publication. We reserve the right to deny any blog post for any reason.
   
7. How to submit: Prepare your article in either Word or Google Doc and send it, along with media to be used (a link to a shared folder would be awesome) to info@turnmeyer.com. Please put "Guest Blog Submission" in the subject line. We will review and get back to you.
