Boots

These are absolutely gorgeous, well-made boots. However, they are HUGE! They are size 9 but fit like 10’s. I will have to return them or possibly put them in a boutique where I live.

My boots that I ordered were never delivered to me. Instead, they were delivered to a address that I had five years ago. When I tried to contact Ternmyers with the problem, they asked me to email the head of Turnmeyer’s and tell him the problem. He responded, saying that he could not offer me a refund or do anything until they received the boots in good condition. Because I never saw the boots and they went to an address 3000 miles from my home. I never got to see the boots and I don’t even know their condition. This is some of the worst customer service I have ever had and I order everything online. All I wanted to do, since there’s shipping company sent my order to wherever they wanted to, was to cancel my order and get a refund. What’s the problem? I never got the boots, but they sure got my money.

This report is 100% false, and I don't appreciate people lying about what we do or say. We are a small business and take customer service very seriously. Here is the actual conversation, and I'm quoting from email'.
From Customer: 'My name is Gaye Brown de Alvarez and I ordered a pair of boots a couple weeks ago and they were shipped to the wrong address. They are being sent back to you and I would like to cancel the order when you receive it and I also would like to get a refund of the $110 that was charged to my Citi Visa account ending in 6804. I may reorder them with the correct shipping address but that will have to be later.'
Our response (which was 20 minutes later): 'As long as the boots are in good condition when they arrive, we will refund you for the product. We will not be able to refund you for the shipping as that is charged by the shipping provider when it leaves our building, whether it was delivered or not.'
So currently we are waiting for the boots to arrive back at our destination. We never said she would not get a refund. She is the one who put the incorrect address in.
Next time please don't fabricate stories.
